What does the Parent Council Do?

Central Primary School is well supported through its parent council.   The parent council meets regularly throughout the year and all parents are welcome to attend.  If you would like to find out more about the parent council work and support the school, please contact central.primary@highland.gov.uk or telephone 01463 233906.

During the last academic year the parent council raised over £2000 to support discos, pantomime and a great trip to Landmark.  The P7 prom night was a huge success, along with the Christmas Fair.

The parent council also play an important role in supporting the work of the school.  This year we supported the school with redeveloping its homework policy, and had a role in supporting the extensive refurbishment of the two Victorian buildings.  Current interests also include road safety on Planefield Road and Tomnahurich Street.
